today schooling normal .
after school went mac eat then went back school for napfa .
my napfa got almost all 5 point , but only the standing board jump 3 point but still all gold .
2.4km run still havent run .
sit and reach = 51cm
standing board jump 220 cm
shorter run = 9.9 min
sit up = 46 or 49 forgot le
pull up = 9 time
2.4km = ?
sit up was quite funny cos do dao 42 le , me jiu slack le .
then chenwei tell teacher sia , make me have to continue to . -.-
after that jiu went play bball le .
play dao quite late .
haha , this all for today .
